In the 1970’s, Mr. H and Mr. R recognized a need among the automotive industry and driving enthusiasts for improved suspension components over marginal stock offerings. Each having had years of professional and personal automotive experience, the Mr.’s H&R were familiar with the limitations of vehicle manufacturers’ stock suspensions. Their response to this perceived need established the H&R program. Werner Heine and Heinz Remmen combined their similar interests, years of driving experience, and suspension expertise to design, manufacture, and produce the highest quality springs. Their commitment to doing it right and producing quality products allowed them to obtain both TÜV and ABE certification—the highest quality and safety standards in Germany. Their commitment to doing it right continues today.

Over the years, H&R has developed a diverse line of products and suspension applications for the street. The first European company to introduce TÜV approved lowering springs, H&R is also the originator of the true coil over suspension system for the street and a full line of hub-centric wheel spacers. From our springs, to our cup kits and sway bars, every suspension application is designed to be vehicle specific—all of our products are in-house manufactured with the highest quality materials and produced to enhance handling potential, personal style, and retain vehicle ride comfort. Here at H&R, we are receptive to customer input, as we believe it is important to manufacture products that meet consumer needs. We listen to our customer’s needs, tastes, and style demands, all of which directly helps inform our products.
