(BURIEN, WASHINGTON) June 27, 2009.  This weekend, H&R Wanderlust went metro—big city, concrete, and loads of urban flavor.  Saturday afternoon we left our little hamlet of Bellingham, turned south towards Seattle, the Emerald City, and then west towards the vibrant city of Burien.  The city scapes were awe-inspiring and our anticipation for the 2009 Audi Expo was heightened by leaps and bounds.

Burien shut down its main street for the event, or in this case SW 153rd street.  People and cars lined both sides of the street and from our prime location, we were able to check out the mass of Audis, talk shop, and enjoy being part of the Tuner Lifestyle.  We handed out candy like nobody’s business—zots, pop rocks, and other treats—adding to the street party vibe.  It was a great way to spend an evening—surrounded by tuners and Audi enthusiasts alike.  To see photos of the event, go to http://www.hrsprings.com/wanderlust/galleryevent/C78/.
